I had them do my break 2 months ago and just yesterday I had to replace a rotor due to a pad missing and the caliper wearing the rotor out as a result. I called and spoke to frank who was accommodating but the owner refused to compensate me for the new rotor and pads i bought. Not to mention the time spent replacing it. I for one will never go back to any of these places and if I am given the chance i will warn anyone and everyone!
Overall I had a negative experience at this store. First of all, my boyfriend and I got an oil change which took approximately 4 hours each. Second of all, they take the time to state what is wrong with the car and the front desk attendant stated that there were two bulbs that were loose, as if he couldn't just tighten the bolts to take the extra 2 seconds. He also threw the receipts and card on the table instead of just handing them over. Next time I will certainly go elsewhere.
Friendly and helpful. It's a chain, so the prices are set, but fair. The mechanics are up front and let you know what's going on before proceeding. Good hours and quick turn around with repairs.
Brought in my car and they charged me $100 just to figure out the spark plugs needed to be changed. Ive never heard of a car place charge you to tell you whats wrong with A car. I told them I wanted the "cheapest" oil change and they charged me $100. Had them put "new" rotors on the car and I know they put rusted refurbished ones on. They did agree to put another set on but they Definitely tried to swing "used" RUSTED rotors. I should of checked reviews before using them. I would recommend staying away
Had a fuel pump replaced for $900+ and 3 days later I fill tank with gas and it gushes out of the bottom of my car right at the pump. I was told they had to "buy" a gasket because the pump was delivered without one.....so did they really buy one or use the old one which would have caused this problem. They better make good and fix it for free when I go in today!!!
