Then before my mother could say anything the woman said -"we will mark down that you do not like fruit". My mother is on a special diet and can not eat fruit right now, which is why she asked to cancel. The person on the phone was very rude.
My sister from Florida sent me a gift from them. Upon arrival the chocolate covered strawberries were just barely edible. Two days later the strawberries were rotten. I called the store and talked to the manager, he insisted that I come in and see his inventory. I refused and just asked for replacement strawberries. He became ad ament about me stopping by!!! To be honest, I wasn't gonna waste gas for 3-4 strawberries. I told him to just send me the replacements, to which he never did. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I firmly believe he just didn't want to lose inventory so he sent the older stuff... Please heed my warning!!!
If you are delivering perishable arrangements on a holiday it is only good sense to call and see if the people will be home, not attempt to deliver & then leave a note saying now people have to pick up their gift. Also if someone wishes to cancel, be gracious, they may order from you again i the future .
Ordered Delicious Daisy arrangement. When I arrived at my friends house the arrangement was disgraceful for $70.00 I certainly expected an arrangement that looked like $70.00 but saw one that was worth about $35.00. I called the next day asked for Manager, but honestly not sure if it was manager...SAL....as he was very rude didn't listen to my complaint and argued the fact that the Daisy arrangement really isn't worth the money...I don't believe a manager would say something like that. I don t for see every using this store again. Bad Management
Ordered this for my mom for mothers day. They attempted delivery on mothers day and left a sticker saying we would have to pick it up at the store. My mother called them and requested a cancellation and the girl o the phone was rude to my mom and wanted $14 for delivery. Maybe they should call on a holiday to schedule deliveries as many people go places to celebrate.
So last minute late last night I made an order for my friends birthday. It was a small order, but I got a call in the morning that it probably wouldn't be delivered on time because there were orders in front of mine. The lady who called me was super nice. I called back and she said sorry for scaring me that it'll be delivered before he's off work. It was delivered early at that. Needless to say I had a good experience with this. The recipient was happy too.
An awful place and the manager is an awful man. My recommendation is to use a different store, as this franchise owner is despicable. I only gave it one star because I had to.
