The people there are very unfriendly unhelpful and just nasty. They do the bare minimal to offer any help.

I've been here several times & never a problem. Don't know what the negative reviews are about. Our mail man is great & whenever I go to this mail branch, it has always been pleasant. Employees are friendly & helpful.
Always say delivery attempted when none was made! Then I'm expected to go pick up the package myself. Problem is there is no accountability when it comes to the post office so they can do and lie however they want.
The Matawan Post Master is horrible. I live in the Aberdeen Station apartments and they refuse to deliver our packages to our door. Mr. Post Master, please explain the job of the United States Post Office? Now please explain where my package is that you said was delivered to the Aberdeen Station Apartments office. It is clearly not there. I checked with two of the employees at the office and there is no package
