Amazing staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Quality products as well. I recently purchased a bike seat for my toddler. It came with all the parts and attachments and they even attached it to my bike free of charge! I refused to buy the same product at Planet Bike down the road on route 34. My experience there was terrible. Don't waste your time. Go straight to Matawan Bike Shop!!
Reed and Jerzy are a pleasure to do business with. The shop is in a convenient location with good parking. The bikes they stock are good quality at reasonable prices. Reed is very knowledgeable and listens to what customers want. Everyone in the shop is friendly and helpful while providing excellent service and sales. I've purchased 3 kids bikes from Reed in the past 3 months. I've been delighted every time. Same as other reviewers have commented I will never go back to Planet Bike. Planet Bike is good enough while Matawan Bike is the best.
