Daughter got chain stuck on first ride out. I knew it was an easy fix but brought it in just in case. Owner popped it into place and sent us on our way without charging us or selling us anything. Talking about people who love what they do (and helping kids with their bikes)!
The staff here is amazing. Extremely helpful! One day they saw me leave my dog in the car and told me to bring him in. They threw a ball in the store for him as I shopped and now they can't wait for us both to come in.

Did buy three mountain bikes there. Was looking for good quality bikes and found in short of the time what I wanted. Other places sell less equipped bikes for higher prices. Not mention that those guys have catalog and you can order exactly what your desire needs. Help was amazing. Very knowledgable. Explained everything slow and passionately .I live an hour drive from there and if I would need anything else for my bikes, wouldn't go enywere else. They even helped to load bikes in the car. Thank you.
